• In Acrobat’s Print dialog, this can be adjusted by opening the "Advanced" section.

In the dialog box, you can then – if the printer supports PostScript – disable "Output PS Form Objects".

If you are using Acrobat Distiller to create the PDF from a PostScript file, the following option must also be enabled for the (unauthorized) embedding to occur. Please disable this option!
